Senior-only
Every seat is a player. No chair warmers, no junior layers, no SDR backstop. If we hire you, it's because we expect you to own.
Founder-led
You'll work directly with the partners. Decisions are fast and context is direct — no telephone game between leadership and the work.

Every engagement ships into real operations. We don't build gimmicks and we don't stop at POCs. The bar for done is what your client puts into a system of record.
